Class ambassadors new training

New class ambassadors were chosen for training for this term. We discussed the role of the class ambassador as being a positive representative from their respective classes, and the importance of knowing all about the learning going on in their classes.

We then had some fun drama training sessions on how to meet and greet visitors, how to engage in conversation, how to talk about the classroom learning and how to do this with articulation, confidence and excellent manners. We practised the art of keeping a conversation going, how to make polite suggestions for what work to look and how to speak to new people visiting the school.

The children really enjoyed the session, and are very much looking forward to visitors to their classes, so that they may put their newly learnt presentation and oracy skills to the test.
