Team A and B Netball Matches vs Westbourne

A Team - Lost 8-4

The A team match was a close contest for most of the match; Dorchester showed some dogged determination and kept closing the gap in the score bringing it to 5-4 well into the second half. Westbourne managed to convert their late chances and the score line ultimately didn’t really reflect how close the game had been for the most part.

Our girls performed well; they supported each other so positively and showed how well their skills and overall play is developing.

Well done to Emilia, Paige, Evie, Brooklyn, Hanisk, Macey and Amelie.

B Team - Won 4-0

The B team managed to shake off their cold wait to play and quickly took the lead. From there they were able to move the ball comfortably when attacking and the strength of our defence in turning over the ball time and again was a real advantage to our game. Excellent work across the team, with debuts from 4 of our players, earned them a well-deserved 4-0 win.
