World Migratory Bird Day

Eco Club this week looked at World Migratory Bird Day 14th October 2023 here is Mokshitha and Thomas showing their work.

"The birds migrate to warmer countries to find food and survive the winter." Mokshitha told us.

UN World Migratory Bird Day (WMBD) is an annual observance dedicated to raising awareness about migratory birds and the need to conserve and protect their habitats. It is a global initiative that highlights the importance of migratory birds in our ecosystems and promotes efforts to ensure their survival.
