Year 4 - How are you persuaded to do something?

This half-term we have been thinking about persuasion. What makes us change our mind? Which words hold the power of persuasion? In English we have been discussing whether we would prefer to live in Athens and Sparta. We have been using our best persuasive skills. We have discussed other questions, such as "Should parents restrict internet access for children?" and "Should animals be kept in a zoo?" It would be great to hear your viewpoints on this.
