Year 4 - How would you persuade Polar Bear to stay?

For World Book Day this year we are reading Leaf by Sandra Diekmann as a school. In Year 4, we have been writing persuasive letters from the animals to the Polar Bear to try to persuade him to stay and not return home. Polar Bear was lost, lonely and afraid, but by the end of the book the animals wanted him to stay with them. How would you persuade someone to do something? Maybe try out your best persuasive skills on someone for something you would like to do.
