Year 4 - What is the Dreamtime?

The Dreamtime are traditional stories from the Aboriginal people of Australia. Many of the stories are about animals and how they got a special part of their body; such as how the Kangaroo got its pouch, or how the Koala got its stumpy tail. We have been looking at the Rainbow Serpent story, which is how the earth was created. Over the coming weeks we will be using this story as the basis for our star write.
