Year 4 - What affects the speed of our sling shot cars?

This week's excitement came from racing our versions of F1 cars along the corridor. In DT, we have made slingshot cars, which are propelled by an elastic band. We had to think about the aerodynamics and how they would affect the speed of the car. We then showed even more creativity by designing the body of the car for a new F1 team.
