Nursery: What will your magic potion do?

We have been busy developing the children’s spoken vocabulary. They have been getting really confident when retelling our 3-a-Day stories and using the language from the books. We have also had lots of fun making potions in the outside area and describing what our potions look like, e.g. blue, bubbly, sparkly etc. The children have been very creative when thinking about what might happen if someone were to drink their magic motion, so the nursery staff have been very busy being frogs, tigers and dragons. We have also been working to develop the children’s fine motor skills using washing lines and pegs.
