Year Groups

At our school we benefit from welcoming children in all year groups from Nursery (age 3) right through to Year 6 (age 11).  This enables our older children to act as role models, play leaders and mentors for children in younger year groups — building wonderful relationships across our community, relationships that can last a lifetime.

Children share in the learning that is going on in different year groups via our celebration assemblies.  We hope that the learning overviews in this section give you just a flavour of the amazing experiences our children benefit from at Dorchester Primary School.
