Team Dorchester Mara-Fun!

Thank you to everyone who joined us on a beautifully sunny Thursday afternoon to kick off our weekend of marathon celebrations.

Between us all we managed to walk, jog and run the equivalent of 3 marathons! That's over 79 miles covered! 

It was fantastic to see so many from Dorchester being active on the track and encouraging each other to complete their lap(s).

We wish the 25 Mini-Marathon children the best of luck tomorrow. They will have an unforgettable day, and maybe it will encourage them to run a full marathon in the future.

Finally, I know everyone will join me in wishing Mrs Bell, strength, stamina and smiles on Sunday as she joins thousands of other courageous people, running the London Marathon. Your determination, leadership and courage is truly inspiring. You're setting an incredible example for us all. You've got this!!!!!
