Year 3: What was your favourite part of our school trip?

This week Year 3 had a very exciting trip to the Horniman Museum.  We had a workshop which taught us about life in Ancient Egypt and the mummification process.  We worked in groups to look at different artefacts and were really excited to handle real artefacts! We had to use the clues to work out how they were used and their importance.  We then worked in our classes to sort them where they would be placed on a 'mummy'.  

We were so impressed at how well the children behaved on the trip and their engagement in the workshop.  Well done Year 3!
