Netball vs Green Wrythe
With this our first league match of the season, we had a completely new team and a few players making their debuts take to the court at Green Wrythe on Thursday.
The lack of match experience playing together really didn’t show though, as Dorchester put in a clean and calm team performance.
Hannah and Amelie combined really well in the circle, fed accurately by Lily and Macey, who also picked up lots of interceptions in centre court to turn the ball over. Back-up from Zaid, Scarlett, Ora and Nuwi in defence meant they were able to put pressure on the opposition and maintain a lead throughout.
Very well done all on a fantastic first outing this year and a 5-2 first win!
