Year 2: What did you learn about Croatia / Vatican City?

This week we looked at different countries in each classroom as part of the school’s ‘Round the World’ project. In Buttercup we learned some facts about Croatia, such as where it is located and what it’s famous for. We then made some decorative licitar hearts and made fact files based on what we had learned. In Topaz, the children learned lots about the Vatican City, and practised their vertical painting skills like Michaelangelo.
