Year 4 - How can you make art from card and wire?

We have had fun looking at a range of artists that create sculptures from different materials. We discovered that Jaume Plensa creates art from metal. Some of his sculptures can be seen at London Bridge station.  This inspired us to create art from wire. We used card letters to create words of values we appreciate in others. These words then made shadows. This was inspired by works of art by Sokari Douglas Camp. Why don't you look up these artists and see if you can be inspired to create art like them too!
