Nursery: Where could the Naughty Bus go? What could he do?

In Nursery we have been reading the story of 'The Naughty Bus' by Jan Oke. In this story a young boy receives a toy bus as a present and has great fun exploring the world with his new toy which turns out to be quite a naughty bus. We have been thinking about different places where the Naughty bus could go. We have learnt that we go to Dorchester Primary School and our school is in Worcester Park. We know that the main school is next to our Nursery and we were very excited to explain that Dorchester Park is next to our school. We have talked about some of the other places we can visit near our school and the children have been using different resources to make their own buses and to make their own towns. The children have also been assigning meaning to their marks by drawing tickets with symbols to show where they would like to go on the bus.
