Our First Week

The children have had a wonderful first week in Reception. They are working very hard at learning their new routines and investigating all the resources and equipment in our inside and outside areas. We are very impressed and proud of the children for how they have behaved and settled. You might find that, now the children are doing full days, they become quite tired and more emotional. That is perfectly normal, and we are all here to support and ease your children into their Reception year. A big thank you to the children and to you for all the support and encouragement you have given your children and us this week. We really do appreciate it.
